Refund policy

Non-Eligible Returns/Exchanges:

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons beyond the control of product quality, including:

  1. Personal Reasons: We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to personal preferences, change of mind, or reasons unrelated to product quality.

  2. Safety and Hygiene: For the safety and well-being of all our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items related to personal hygiene, such as personal care products, intimate apparel, and perishable goods.Β

Refunds:
